Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your CleanSpace gear. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

In short: 30 days to request a return · damaged on arrival? We replace it or refund you in full (just tell us within 48 hours) · refunds go back to your original payment method.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

How to start a return

Send us a message through our contact form with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply by email with step-by-step instructions within 24–48 hours.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, send us a message through our contact form within 48 hours of delivery. We'll reply by email so you can send us a photo, and then we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item in most cases.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
