We want you to love your CleanSpace gear. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

How to start a return

Email us at support@voltdesk.store with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with step-by-step instructions within 24–48 hours.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@voltdesk.store within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item in most cases.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
