Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with VoltDesk. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping time

Standard shipping to the United States typically takes 7–15 business days after processing. During busy periods (holidays, promotions) delivery can take a few days longer.

Tracking

Every order includes full tracking. Your tracking number is sent by email once the order ships, and you can follow your package door to door.

Shipping costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders — no minimum, no surprises at checkout.

Order didn't arrive?

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us at support@voltdesk.store and we'll investigate immediately. If your package is lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@voltdesk.store and we'll correct it before it ships.
